Anyone can rent a machine and point it at a wall. Knowing what pressure a surface will take, and what it will never recover from, is the part that matters.
◆ How we work
The right pressure,
not the most pressure.
Almost all the permanent damage we get called out to look at was caused by someone using too narrow a tip, too close, on a surface that could not take it. Concrete etches. Render crumbles. Mortar washes out. Timber furs up. None of that comes back.
So the machine gets matched to the surface. Flatwork gets a surface cleaner that spreads pressure evenly. Siding and render get soft washing, which is chemistry rather than force. That distinction is where our name comes from.

Surface cleaner, even pass, no striping. The main event and the fastest growing part of the business.
Patios and pool decks
Cleaned without driving debris or chemicals into the pool, and without etching the coping.
Siding and render
Soft washed rather than blasted, so water does not get driven in behind the cladding.
Walkways and steps
Algae removal on shaded paths. This one is genuinely a safety job as much as a cosmetic one.
